Thank you for using the Yazzem platform. You agree to the following "Terms of Service" in order to use the Yazzem platform.

Basics

  1. You must be 13 years or older to use this service
  2. Topics cannot contain or be about adult/18+, illegal, or unauthorized content.
  3. Topics cannot be personal listings, such as looking for a relationship, etc.
  4. You cannot veer off into different topics that do not deal with the certain topic you are discussing about.
  5. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, or impersinate other Yazzem members or staff/team.
  6. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  7. You are responsible for anything that happens under your profile, such as content, graphics, links, etc.
  8. You must not modify or hack Yazzem in any means possible.
  9. You must not create or submit Spam in any way to other members or to the Yazzem service.
  10. You must not submit any viruses or destructive code in any way.
  11. Yazzem is a microblogging platform and not a dating platform. Trying to find a realashionship more than friends is prohibited.
  12. You must not violate any laws, including copyright infringment.

If you disagree with these 'basic' terms, please do not use the Yazzem service, otherwise your account will be deleted without warning.

Our Service

  1. We are able to terminate the Yazzem service at any time without notification.
  2. We have the right at any time, without notification, to modify or edit these 'Terms of Service'. However, you will be notified by a blog post or through email that it has changed.
  3. We can delete any accounts or content that we believe infringe upon the terms of service.
  4. We are allowed to refuse our service to anyone using the Yazzem platform, even if they do agree with the "Terms of Service".
  5. Pages on other sites with content from Yazzem must provide a referal link back to Yazzem.

Copyright

  1. We claim no right over the content you upload to Yazzem.
  2. If you have a claim of copyright infringment, and you feel that it must be removed from the Yazzem service, please provide us with the following information:
    1. A signature or proof of the copyright owner.
    2. Link to the copyright infringed content.
    3. A description of the content.
    4. Your contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, and home address.

    To make claims, please contact us through the Support Center.
